To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

Correct Product |
The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the Brand/MRP tag. |

Complete Product |
If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present. |

Unused Product |
The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance. |

Undamaged Product |
Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return. |
|
Brand/MRP tag |
Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged. |
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account.
- Refund Timeline
- If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days.
- Once the refund is credited, customers will receive a transaction reference number (UTR).
