- Return Window
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order
- Returns are not applicable to certain categories (see point 5)
- How to Initiate a Return
- Customers can request a return via the “My Orders” section on our website

- Return Validation
- Customers must provide clear pictures of the garment and brand/price tag for validation.
- The return request will be processed only after proper verification.
- Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Returns of products that are used, altered, or damaged (unless delivered in damaged condition) will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Categories
- Customized garments are not eligible for return.
- Return Packaging
- Customers must return items in original packaging. If unavailable, they can use alternative packaging, ensuring it is properly sealed.
- Return Pick-Up & Shipping
- Once a return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 48-72 working hours from the delivery address.
- If the pickup fails, customers should contact customer service.
- In rare cases where pickup is unavailable, self-shipping may be required, the refund of up to Rs. 160 for self-shipment will be credited to original payment account within 5 business days
- Separate Returns for Different Orders
- Returns for multiple orders must be requested separately and cannot be combined into a single shipment.
- Quality Check & Refund Processing
- The return will be processed only after the item passes a quality check at our warehouse.
- If the product fails the quality check, the return will be rejected, and it will not be sent back to the customer.
