The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Custom-made or made-on-demand products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect
  
• Products that are used, washed, or altered are not eligible
  
• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return
  

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom-made or made-on-demand orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
